I liked the recipe and instructions to make the Cherry Jubilee Martini Pie. I like how it explains how to measure to make pie crusts round to fit the martini glass you are using.
Just Add 8oz of your Favorite Cocktail to Our Mix and voila. How easy is that?
I never knew kits like that existed! I’m a baker myself and i would love to have some of the molds, they would really come in handy.

I love that cakes under the influence offers a kit for friends and family. I am always baking when my family is over at my house and this is the perfect kit for not only entertaining but so they can join in and help too.
I think the ideas they come up with are super fun. I love the idea of using cocktail glasses for not only cocktails, but for cakes, pies, and appetizers as well.
I liked the post which gave alternatives to high-calorie frosting, such as using just a simple glaze, thin ribbons of caramel syrup or simply using fresh fruit on top of a desert. So simple, yet sooooo smart! Thanks.
There have been so many times I’ve frosted a cupcake and it’s overpowered the flavor of the cake. Using glazes, syrups, and fruit instead allows for the cake’s flavor to pop out too.

Cookies – Amaretto
Lo-Proof Ingredients:
Makes about 60 martini shaped cookies or up to 100 shot shaped cookies
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup softened butter or margarine
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
2 TBSP + 2 TSP amaretto
