I’m looking for a new original logo for Shane’s Killer Cupcakes. I love the one I have currently but I’m not sure of the legalities of using it and would like to have something that’s legally mine.
Contest runs until June 30th, 2011 at 11:59pm PST.
Design Parameters
This logo will be the face of my blog so keep the designs relevant and classy. I like the design of my current logo, so when creating one, keep that in mind (e.g. use similar colors: shades of brown, peachy pink, cream yellows, etc). It would be good to use a cupcake in it somewhere too, since this is a cupcake blog. : ) The image I want to create is a kickass cupcake, one that is feminine but also a badass. Interpret that as you will. If you think you have a great idea and it doesn’t fit this design guide, send it anyway! I may like it so much that I change my whole design scheme around it!

How To Enter
To enter the contest send an email with your Name, Age, Address, Email Address, Phone Number and the Logo file to shaneskillercupcakes@gmail.com
Please only send .jpg or .gif files to enter. I may ask for the original file if I choose your design (e.g. photoshop document) so save everything you create for the logo, please.
Limit 3 separate logo design entries per person per email address for the length of the contest period.
No purchase necessary. Information collected for the purposes of this giveaway will only be used to contact the winner and will not be sold or given to any third party.
Eligibility
Only open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within and a legal resident of the United States.
Prize
Since I have no idea what kind of submissions I will receive, I may or may not use any of the designs. If I do choose a design from the submissions, I will pay the winner $20 either in cash or a check depending on whether I have to mail the money (check) or can hand it over in person (cash).
If I choose one of the submitted designs, I will contact the winner by email no later than July 10th, 2011.
The winner is responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of a prize.
